If you are experiencing a problem:

• Try closing application
• Try re-booting the machine
• Call the IS Clinical Support: 713-500-5400
• Have computer name ready

• Do not forward or send anything that would be deemed inappropriate by UTP policy
• Assume any email can be read or seen at any time
• Delete SPAM
• Do not forward hoaxes
